Now that the “I Do’s” are done. Now comes the clean up. Let’s not ask family and friends to help . We can take it all down and box up your wedding details and ensure everything goes to the right place. Bibbity Bobbity Boo!

  • Transport gifts, d`ecor to the assigned destination (parents vehicle etc.)

  • Participate and oversee the entire breakdown of ceremony and/or reception

  • Ensure all d`ecor, linens, etc. get to correct vendors

  • Ensure ceremony and/or reception is cleaned to venue specifications

Additional Cost

Guest Count greater than 100, to cover additional coordinators to be brought on site for the setup. May not be applied if an outsource decorator is hired for the wedding day.

  • Between 101 to 150 - an additional $100 will be applied

  • Between 150 to 200 - an additional $200 will be applied

  • Over 200+ - an additional $300 will be applied

Two Seperate Locations - For this type of event where the ceremony and reception are in separate locations, an additional coordinator for $150 may need to be brought on site, regardless of the guest count. If additional coordinator is already assisting due to the size of guest count, then no additional coordinator is needed.

Restricted Setup Time - For the venues that do not allow setup to begin before 5 hours of the start of ceremony time, additional coordinator may need to be brought in to ensure everything is setup before guest start to arrive. Pricing is based on how much setup time is allowed.

Additional Hours - For additional hours requested for the lead coordinator to be onsite longer; it is an additional $50 per hour.

Holiday Rates - For any events requested on a holiday, an additional $200 will be applied for each coordinator working the event.
